True Self Rising is a guided, small-group journey for women who are ready to reconnect with the self they were born to be.

Over four weeks, you’ll be deeply supported through simple but powerful group practices, complete breath practices, stillness, reflection and genuine conversation. The experience is grounded in the foundations of Tantra and offers a safe, gentle space to let go, feel again, and come home to yourself.

Together, we’ll create space to soften, release, and begin again.

This is for you if:

Something in life just isn’t sitting right, but you can’t quite name what it is

You’re carrying things that feel heavy and you're tired

You’ve been strong for a long time and wonder what it would feel like to feel lighter

You’ve never had the space to think about what you need

You’re not sure where to start, but you know you're ready for something to shift

Thursday August 14 - then the following three Tuesdays (August 19, 26 and Sept 2) 
Time: 6.00 PM to 8.00 PM

Location: Private Studio, Tarcoola Beach, Geraldton

Investment: $397

Seating is on the floor with cushions and mats provided. If you need a chair or support, please advise. The studio entry is not wheelchair accessible, and bathroom access is limited. If you have any accessibility needs, please kindly reach out before booking.
